DNS hosting availability
FREE DNS hosting is available only for domains that are registered through NWIP Ltd. If your domain is registered with another provider, DNS hosting is not available through NWIP Ltd.
What happens if a domain is transferred away
If a domain is transferred away from NWIP Ltd., the associated DNS zone will be deactivated shortly after the transfer notification is received. Once the zone is deactivated, DNS records are no longer served by NWIP Ltd.
Before requesting a transfer
To avoid deletion of your DNS zone and possible downtime for connected services, export your DNS zone before requesting a transfer. This is especially important if your website, email, or other services depend on the DNS records hosted by NWIP Ltd.
Services affected by DNS zone deletion
If the DNS zone is deleted or deactivated, services that rely on it may stop working. This can affect web and email services, as well as any other connected service that uses the domain's DNS records.
