Breakdown of call charges

As part of your VoIP service with Linix, you will receive x2 monthly invoices.


  • Service Charge
    Number of extensions, call plan (optional), Geographic / Non-Geographic numbers

  • Call Charges
    Any calls made outside of your Call Plan


Our call charge invoice does not include a list of inbound / outbound calls.
To retrieve a copy of your call charges breakdown, please go to cp.voipology.net to login to the phone system

When you have logged in, please see below in order to view / download your call reports:

  • Go to System Call Reports
  • Click on Call Reports

You can now either download any monthly call report, or customise the report to search for calls from / to a certain number.


If you cannot login to this system, please open a support ticket.
One of our agents will then be able to assist you further.
